Jon Cadorin- Owner
Jon founded Cadorin Construction in 2005 with the goal of creating an industry leading remodeling firm. His experience in the construction business is extensive and diverse. He has been involved in projects valued up to $60-million and has managed project programs that stretched from coast to coast. He has an extraordinary passion for construction.
When Jon is not working he likes to ski and climb mountains in the winter time, and enjoy the lake and local hiking trails in the summer.

Cindy Kasper- Office Manager
Cindy tells us that her fascination with construction began as a kid watching her Grandpa build barns, garages, fences, and all kinds of things from new and found materials. She admired the creativity it took to make something functional, as well as sturdy.
Cindy grew up in Albuquerque, and then lived in Southern California until July 2009 when she and her husband Steve moved to Redding. She has over 15 years experience in managing construction offices. Cindy loves thinking big and imagining the possibilities. Her favorite quote: “You are a child of God, your playing small does not serve the world”.

Nelin Head- Project Coordinator
While I was growing up I knew my father as a hardworking man, he was a general contractor and I attribute my apprenticeship to him. When I was 19 I moved to the big island of Hawaii. There I honed my finish carpentry skills on several multimillion dollar homes located in the Kukio and Hualalai golf and country clubs. After 3 years of hard work my managers felt I was ready to move into a foreman possession. For the next year I was the lead foreman on a 26 unit condo build in Waikoloa, HI. Shortly after that build I realized I wanted to come back home for family and school. Over the next few years I worked part time as a carpenter while going to school. The winter of my graduation I married my beautiful wife, Summer Head. Also during the time of my graduation I started working for Jon Cadorin. When I started with Jon I was a carpenter, but he saw the skill set I carried, so I quickly moved into a foreman position. Mid-summer of 2010 Jon gave me the opportunity to Project Coordinate, for me this was the next natural step for my career. Tony Barlogio- Project Coordinator
Tony has been around the construction industry in one capacity or another for several years, estimating repairs for both insurance companies and local restoration companies. He has looked at everything from total loss fires in San Diego to wind and hurricane damage in Florida. His love of construction started at home when he was a kid building forts with his buddies. Tony has been raising his 3 kids on a park like setting in Palo Cedro for approximately 17 years with his wife Pat.

Cameron Brown- Director of Business Development
Cameron was hired on at Cadorin Construction the beginning of 2012 as the Director of Business Development. He graduated from Sacramento State University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and has always had a passion for Marketing. In Cameron’s spare time he enjoys traveling, spending time with family/friends, and extreme sports.
